About our Volunteers
Jennifer Munson was our Volunteer Coordinator and had been in charge of volunteer recruitment, supervision of volunteers, coordination of volunteer activities, tracking the number of volunteer hours and development of volunteer protocols. Linda, Gateway's Executive Director, has known Jennifer for over 14 years. Although Jennifer's no longer working with us, we all appreciate her generous effort.
Jennifer first volunteered at the YWCA as a CIT (Counselor in Training) and then worked with the kids in the Youth Department. She currently works as an after school counselor and is attending college part-time. If you would like to get in touch with GCP about volunteering, email us at info@gatewayservicedogs.org.
Gateway To Canine Partnerships utilizes volunteers in a variety of ways. At any given time GCP has a pool of over 20 active volunteers. Many of our volunteers are certified Human - Canine Teams who want to give back to others.
